• the Same-Sex Partnership Visa
and
• the subclass 866 (Protection) visa which is particularly relevant to gay men and lesbians endeavouring to escape from religious persecution

Applying for a same-sex partnership visa or a protection visa can feel like a daunting journey—complex bureaucracy, significant costs, and lengthy waiting times are common challenges.

Following Vanessa’s presentation several GLIFT couples will share their personal experiences and practical insights.
