Digital technology is transforming all aspects of our society and brings both great benefits and many new challenges. The pace of change is accelerating rapidly. How does this digital and technological transformation impact the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities, and what role do our health services and professionals and social systems play?

Professor Ilona Kickbusch, an internationally renowned Public Health and Prevention expert, will unpack these crucial questions during a Digital Transformation Forum. Professor Kickbusch is a high-level expert in this field who advises countries and organizations on their global health strategies and will share her insights into the impact of the digital transformation on health and how we can build wellbeing communities. A high-level Panel of South Australian senior decision makers will also reflect on these issues and provide a South Australian perspective during the Forum.

The Forum is hosted by the School of Public Health, University of Adelaide, in collaboration with Preventive Health SA (formerly known as Wellbeing SA) and the Centre for Health in All Policies Research Translation. There will be time allocated for Q&A and group discussions.
