Navigating the Workplace While Neurodivergent: A Panel Discussion for Hospitality Workers

The food and beverage industry is a vibrant and dynamic sector that thrives on creativity and innovation. However, neurodivergent individuals often face barriers to entry and success in this field, such as ableism and discrimination.

"Navigating the Workplace While Neurodivergent" aims to celebrate the unique perspectives of ND professionals from diverse backgrounds. It fosters dialogue, understanding, and inclusivity within the industry while also opening up the space to discuss questions and topics that are normally not addressed in the workplace.

While open to all service workers of different backgrounds, the panel discussion will feature speakers of color, from the LGBTQ+ community, or women.
