Description

A journey through Devi, Emotion and Inner Transformation.

Join us for nine evenings of Navratri Sadhana - a journey through the different dimensions of the Divine Feminine and the nine fundamental flavours of human emotion.

Navratri, meaning nine nights, is traditionally a time dedicated to the Divine Feminine - a period for turning inward, cleansing, rejuvenation and becoming more receptive to the deeper dimensions of life.

This Navratri, we will gather each evening at Mind Body Soul Enlightenment Centre for a guided sadhana incorporating meditation, mantra, chanting, reflection and Linga Bhairavi Arati.

At the heart of these nine days will be a journey through Kali, Lakshmi and Saraswati - three expressions of the Divine Feminine - alongside a different rasa (emotion) each day.

“The divine feminine is an expression of exuberance. May you know the bounty of exuberance this Navratri.” - Sadhguru

The Nine-Day Journey

🔥 Days 1 to 3 Kali

Transformation • Breaking limitations • Inner strength

The first three days are dedicated to Kali - a fierce dimension of the feminine associated with destroying limitations and making space for transformation.

Day 1 - Bhayanaka | Fear
Becoming conscious of fear and the attachments and uncertainties from which it arises.

Day 2 - Raudra | Anger
Meeting the fire of anger consciously and exploring how its energy can become clarity, discipline and purposeful action.

Day 3 - Karuna | Compassion
Allowing the heart to soften, opening ourselves to empathy, kindness and connection with others.

🌺 Days 4 to 6 - Lakshmi

Wellbeing • Abundance • Grace

The next three days are dedicated to Lakshmi — traditionally associated with wellbeing, abundance, beauty and the nourishment of life.

Day 4 - Vira | Courage
Finding the inner strength to move beyond hesitation, fear and limitation.

Day 5 - Bibhatsa | Aversion
Becoming aware of our likes, dislikes, attachments and resistance - and discovering the freedom that comes when their grip begins to loosen.

Day 6 - Adbhuta | Wonder
Rediscovering awe and gratitude for the extraordinary mystery of simply being alive.

🪷 Days 7 to 9 - Saraswati

Wisdom • Expression • Stillness

The final three days are dedicated to Saraswati - the feminine dimension associated with knowledge, refinement, creativity, and wisdom.

Day 7 - Hasya | Joy
Allowing lightness, laughter and the simple sweetness of being alive to flower within us.

Day 8 - Sringara | Love & Beauty
Opening to love, devotion and the possibility of experiencing beauty and sacredness in everything around us.

Day 9 - Santa | Peace
Completing the journey in stillness - moving beyond chasing, resisting and clinging into the quiet fullness of simply being.

What to Expect

Each evening will have its own focus while remaining part of one continuous nine-day journey.

The sadhana may include:

• Guided meditation and inner reflection
• Mantra and sacred sound
• Chanting and devotional offerings
• Linga Bhairavi Arati
• Exploration of the day’s rasa
• A simple daily reflection or practice to carry into your life

You do not need previous experience with yoga, meditation or Devi practices. Everyone who wishes to explore Navratri and turn inward during these nine days is welcome.

You are encouraged to attend all nine evenings where possible, allowing the experience to deepen progressively, but you are also welcome to join individual evenings.

Why Navratri Sadhana?

These nine days offer an opportunity to step away from the momentum of everyday life and consciously spend some time with yourself.

Through the journey, we invite you to:

🌸 Deepen your connection with the Divine Feminine
🌸 Become more conscious of your emotions rather than being unconsciously driven by them
🌸 Create greater balance and wellbeing within yourself
🌸 Experience meditation, devotion and sacred sound
🌸 Explore fear, anger, compassion, courage, wonder, joy, love and peace as doorways for inner growth
🌸 Become more receptive to Devi’s grace

Rather than rejecting certain emotions and pursuing others, the nine rasas invite us to meet the whole spectrum of human experience with awareness.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothing - Please wear something suitable for sitting comfortably.
