Photography

Please note that this gala event will have an event and a winner/finalist portrait photographer present to capture this special night. They will be taking photos of our winners, speakers, and attendees throughout the celebrations.

These images will be available once editing is completed to the winners, and finalists, and may be used for post promoting the event, and future promotions for future awards or other events by NAWIC across social media platforms, and our website. With such a large number of people at an event like this we are not able to avoid taking photos of individuals who don't wish to have their photo taken or published later.

Whilst it is exciting when your finalist receives an award, we ask that your party remains in the banquet room out of respect for other award recipients, there will be time for group photos after the awards.
