Join with other NAWIC Bay of Plenty chapter members for a rejuvenating afternoon dedicated to nurturing your mind and spirit. Explore the power of journaling to unlock your thoughts, engage in breathwork practices to release stress, and connect through meaningful conversations that promote healing and growth. Courtney, a self-worth coach from Worthwild, will be guiding us through this journey, helping us take a moment for ourselves, build our self-worth, and take control of the narrative in our lives. Whether you're new to wellness practices or looking to deepen your journey, this event is designed to help you reconnect, reflect, and recharge.
