VENUE: Studios 1 & 2 at Te Auaha, 65 Dixon Street, Wellington CBD

COST: $10 for NAWIC members, $30 for non-members - this event is limited to 30 people so please book your space consciously.

BRING: No PPE required just a sense of adventure and weary comfy clothes.

WHAT IS THE EVENT: Join other NAWIC members for a non-judgemental dance class.

Shut up and dance will take us through a dance routine and afterwards we can laugh about our success over cold drinks at a nearby cafe.

Whether you’re 100% clumsy, hate the gym or are looking for a judgement-free space to dance again, their dance-cardio classes will ensure you leave sweating… and smiling.

Channel the best version of yourself at each class, in which you’ll learn a dance routine inspired by an iconic music video, musical or movie. We believe the technical term is accidental exercise.
