Ashton has established herself as a trailblazer in the masonry industry earning national recognition as the first female to win back-to-back titles in the Post-secondary SkillsUSA Masonry Competition (2018 & 2019)! Her interest in the industry sparked from beginner masonry classes her sophomore year at West Rowan High School.

Known online as “That Masonry Girl,” Ashton shares her experiences, promotes industry events, and encourages young people to explore careers in the skilled trades. Her expertise and dedication continue to elevate the visibility of women and youth in the masonry industry.
