Do you want more confidence to keep yourself safe when walking around at night or at parties?
Do you want to learn some techniques which are easy and fun with like minded ladies?
The join us for a fun day of information and practice with lots of techniques to take away from an experienced and knowledgable tutor.
Greg is a Queenstown local who has exceptional feedback from his prior classes.
Bring a friend or a teenager and experience some tips which will benefit you in the future.
Some items covered are:
- How to defend yourself against slaps, punches, pushes & grabs, headlocks and hair pulling
Learn Awareness, Avoidance and De-Escalation techniques
You'll need to wear long sleeves and trousers and get in quick to register as his last 2 courses have sold out in a week.
