Roni Millard is an executive wellbeing strategist, motivational speaker, NLP life coach in training, and soon-to-be published author and marketing consultant. In this session, she shares raw and relatable stories from her personal and professional life, offering inspiration and grounded guidance on how to thrive without burning out.

Roni speaks from hard-won experience. After years in high-pressure corporate roles, juggling leadership responsibilities while raising three children and investing in her marriage, her health took a devastating hit. Roni had always believed she was invincible yet, a cancer diagnosis forced her to stop, reset, and completely reimagine what it means to live and lead well.

That diagnosis was just one chapter. She’s also lived through osteopenia, osteoporosis, anemia, endometriosis (twice), fertility struggles, and miscarriages. Each challenge became a turning point and a deeper lesson in what it really means to protect your health and honour your limits.

She now helps others do what she wishes she had done earlier: prioritise wellbeing not as an afterthought, but as the foundation for everything else.
