APM Communities is working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver the Local Area Coordination Partner in the Community program.
Join APM Communities for a free practical workshop on how to access the NDIS.
During this free session we will cover:
1. What is the NDIS and eligibility criteria
2. How to access the NDIS and understand access request forms
3. Evidence required to access the NDIS
