NDIS & Services Australia Information Session- English

 NDIS & Services Australia Community Information Session, hosted by SSI's Local Area Coordinator Program in collaboration with Strathfield Council and Services Australia . 

Join us for this free event where you'll gain valuable insights into navigating the NDIS, making informed choices, and understanding safeguarding measures. Learn about Services Australia offerings, including the Disability Support Pension (DSP) and more.

Enjoy morning tea and take advantage of the free Strathfield Connector bus service to and from Strathfield Station and Dutton Center on the day.

Topics to be Discussed:

• NDIS Access: Understand the access pathway and the necessary evidence required to support you to apply for the NDIS. 
• Understanding Choice and Control: Learn strategies for effectively collaborating with service providers and tailoring your NDIS plan to meet your needs.
• Services Australia : Information on DSP (Disability Support Pension) and other services.

Please Note : If you are a NDIS Service Providers please DO NOT Register for this event . Due to conflict of interest NDIS Service providers will not be permitted to attend.

The pick-up and drop-off location at Strathfield Station will be in the 'Kiss and Ride' area on Albert Road. The Free bus service will make two trips from Strathfield Station at 10:00 am and 10:15 am on the event day.
