NDIS Coffee Connect May 2024

Event description

NDIS Coffee Connect is a safe, welcoming networking morning for NDIS Support Coordinators, Service Providers, Plan Managers & Advocates to catch up, connect, collaborate and have a cuppa! This is a new monthly networking morning to share expertise and support.

May Guest Sponsor: GAP Support & SIL Care

Glyn Davies Founder of GAP Support brings a wealth of experience providing supports for people with disability with former roles at Mission Australia, People Who Care and Uniting WA before establishing GAP Support in 2021. GAP partners with SIL Care led by Donna Leckie who brings over 30 years experiencing running supported accomodation and associated programs.

Together they plan to discuss "Capacity building through engagement in inclusive environments" (Somethings work somethings don't, as long as you are willing to give it a go).

ABOUT NDIS COFFEE CONNECT

NDIS Coffee Connect is held at the Surgical House Community Space in Osborne Park with free onsite and street parking and disability access. Each month an NDIS Provider with subject matter expertise will sponsor the meeting. They will provide a short introduction to their business and services followed by a 15 min presentation on a topical subject followed by Q&A, a cuppa and networking time.

If you would like to sponsor a session please contact Serge Belardo via sbelardo@surgicalhouse.com.au

The session is free to attend, however, we need your RSVP for catering and to make sure the morning has a minimum number of people interested in coming along.
