    Event description

    You are invited to a morning tea with Minister for the NDIS, Bill Shorten.

    This is your opportunity to ask him your questions about the upcoming NDIS reforms, and how you can be involved.

    Come along to the NDIS Community Catch Up event in Sydney on Wednesday 8 May at 10:45 am (AEST).

    Similar events will be held in Canberra, Perth, and Brisbane throughout May. Details will soon be available at dss.gov.au/NDISreforms

    Accessibility:

    Wheelchair - The venue is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance on 66 Goulburn Street and has accessible toilets on the same level as the event.

    Auslan - We will have an Auslan interpreter available for those in person and online.

    Closed captioning - Will be available online and in person.

    Hearing Loop - Will be available for those attending in person.

    Low sensory space - Will be available for those attending in person.

    Assistance animals – A watering station will be available.

    Parking - Paid parking sites including disability permit holder accessible spots are available nearby, subject to availability. 

    Public Transport - Is available to and from the event. Utilise the Transport NSW Trip Planner to plan your trip.
