NDIS Family Connection Sessions

NEED HELP WITH YOUR NDIS?

Our free NDIS Family Connect sessions put you in touch with our specialised NDIS Team to help you with your NDIS Plan, Your Applications and how to understand NDIS Services. The session gives you the opportunity access free advocacy to help you sort through NDIS red tape, and provide you with the tools to get support, understand what supports NDIS can provide and help you put together a tool bag to get those supports looked after.

Creating Links have been providing disability services for more than 40 years. Our small disability service offers honest, holisitic supports that makes the participant come first. Our service provides Adult Day Programs, Youth Programs, School Holiday Programs, Home Supports, Community Access, Plan Management and Support Co-Ordination. Our programs and supports are kept small and personalised with our "Skys the Limit" program approach.

We want to support the families and friends who are in need of advice and advocacy of NDIS services. 

Each session includes a general chat, then we break up into groups for individual supports. If you have a plan already bring it with you. Then we will finish with a cuppa and chat.

Tickets are free and bring a friend.
