Occupational Therapists (OT) hold a significant role in providing best-practice and high-quality care to people with disability. The NDIS OT Community of Practice has continued to grow throughout 2022, and it’s timely to get together for our mid-year event and discuss the key NDIS issues that currently require considered, evidence-based and creative OT practice.

We're beyond excited to announce that Senator Jordan Steele-John, disability advocate, Greens Senator and NDIS champion, will join our NDIS OT Community of Practice to explore current and future NDIS developments - including the potential for co-design, and a direction for person-centred assessments.

Di Winkler, greatly respected OT & Summer Foundation CEO, will share her NDIS housing pathways insights. And ARATA President Libby Callaway will talk us through the latest assistive technology policy developments. To round out the morning, OTA CEO Sam Hunter will brief us on all the OTA news.
