About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

As the national NDIS regulator, people with disability rely on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to protect both their personal safety and the quality of the disability services and supports they use. 

People with disability and their supporters can contact us about the services they receive to support their disability under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), particularly if they are worried they’re not receiving safe and quality supports.

We also support the people who provide services to people with disability – NDIS providers and workers. We support them through the provider registration process and by maintaining records of their worker screening status.

Importantly, we make sure they comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards by offering the best possible support to people with disability.
