NDS in WA Lunch in Celebration of International Day of People with Disability 2023 - Expressions of Interest for People with Disability

National Disability Services (NDS) is seeking expressions of interest from people with disability to attend this year's NDS in WA Lunch in Celebration of International Day of People with Disability. 

Thanks to Lotterywest for making this possible.  

In addition, if you live in rural and remote Western Australia, there is a small regional travel subsidy available.

Each funded ticket covers one person with disability AND one companion, unless otherwise agreed with the organising committee.

Before you start this expression of interest, you will need to know the name and personal details of the guest attending if you are completing this on their behalf.  This will include their contact details, dietary and access needs and if they will be supported by a companion, the contact and dietary details of the companion.

Tickets are subject to funding and limited, however priority will be given to people with disability who have a Companion Card. 

Please note, this is an expression of interest and you will be contacted by 17 November 2023 to confirm your attendance.
