NE Mama Circle is about creating spaces where mothers don't feel alone. Postpartum can be isolating but gathering in a mama circle is here to create a sanctuary of connection and community for you.

⭕️✨What is a mama circle?✨⭕️

A mama circle is a non-judgemental and nourishing space where we will all hold and witness each other. It is a space to laugh, cry, dance, sing, shake, scream and everything else in between. It is an informal space where you can be your authentic self and show up unapologetically.

⭕️✨Why join NE mama circle?✨⭕️

This circle has been created with the intention to gather conscious women who are invested in their wellbeing and committed to nurturing themselves while connecting with like-minded mamas who are experiencing different, yet similar transitions on the motherhood journey. You should join NE mama circle if you align with gentle parenting, if there is a niggling feeling inside that you need to devote time to yourself,

🌀We will dive into the beauty and chaos of birth, postpartum and our lived experiences of motherhood so far.

🌀Co-create a community of like-minded conscious mamas

🌀Co-lead different activities

🌀Celebrate each other

All you have to do is show up with your baby - whether babies are sleeping or awake, feeding or exploring, we will be allowing ourselves to be comfortable with however each circle unfolds, which is the essence of being a mama!
