The 2027 NECA Victoria's International Women’s Day Luncheon, presented by NECA Victoria in partnership with NECA Education & Careers, is more than a celebration – it is a call to action for women, allies and industry leaders to drive meaningful change across the electrotechnology industry.

With women representing just 3.5% of the electrical workforce, progress is happening, but not nearly fast enough. Inspired by UN Women Australia's 2027 theme, "How Much Longer?", this year's event challenges us to question the pace of progress and take greater responsibility for creating a more inclusive industry.
