NELA Biennial Lecture | Hobart | 3 December 2026

The National Environmental Law Association (NELA) invites you to the 2026 NELA Biannual Lecture, featuring Professor Graeme Samuel AC. 

Professor Samuel will reflect on reforms to the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (EPBC Act). 

The keynote address will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Mark Beaufoy and Victoria Lightfoot, providing an opportunity to further explore the reforms and their implications.
