Perfect for absolute beginners and dancers who like a structured approach to learning.
This class focuses on building confidence through clear instruction, step breakdowns and progressive learning.
You will learn:
Core line dance steps
Beginner-friendly dances

Skills and confidence to get out on the dance floor
If you’re someone who likes to understand the steps and build a strong foundation, this class is for you.
Neon Boots Good Vibes
Perfect for dancers who prefer to learn by doing.
This fun and relaxed class focuses on dancing, social connection and building confidence through participation rather than detailed step breakdowns.

Beginner-friendly dances
Social favourites
A Challenge Dance that we build over several weeks
The Challenge Dance gives dancers the opportunity to work towards a fun goal while learning at a comfortable pace.
If you’d rather get moving, follow along and pick things up over time, this class is for you.

- Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! One thing that’s a little different about line dancing is that “Absolute Beginner” and “Beginner” are two different levels.
Our Neon Boots Foundations (Absolute Beginner) class is designed for people who are completely new to line dancing, or for those who enjoy a slower, more structured approach. We take time to break down the steps, explain the terminology, and build confidence through repetition before putting it all together in a dance.
Our Neon Boots Good Vibes (Beginner/Improver) class is still beginner-friendly, but it’s designed for people who prefer to learn by doing. There’s still simple instruction and easy-to-follow routines, but we spend less time breaking down every detail and more time enjoying the dancing. It’s perfect if you’d rather jump in, have fun and build confidence as you go.
Everyone learns differently, so we’ve created two classes to suit different learning styles—not because one is “better” than the other, but because different people thrive in different environments.
