Over 30 years of my personal healing journey, I discovered the experience and tools I have to share with others.

Through a unique blend of conscious connected breath, reiki and somatic awareness, I help you gently release patterns held in the nervous system. My sessions, both 1:1 and intimate group settings, support greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust and connection.
