And who will be guiding you?
Harriet Iles is a registered psychologist based in Sydney, Australia, known for her integrative and compassionate approach to psychological health. She is the founder and Clinical Director of Restorative Space, a psychology practice that emphasises holistic well-being and evidence-based care. She provides individual psychological therapy to individuals, alongside psychoeducation and community workshops focused on mental health, and nervous system and emotional regulation.
Niesha Baker is a certified breathwork instructor with Cool 2B Conscious, deeply in awe of the inner knowing that exists within us all and finding ways to gain clarity, presence, and a deeper connection with this truth. She is the founder of Soul Led Retreats, a company aimed to deepen your innate joy for life, find your edges and move beyond them, and connect you with yourself, others, and the greater world. Breathwork is a tool she discovered through her own journey and since it was the most transformative and moving one for her and the others she's shared it with, she is so excited to share it with you!
