A practice of mind-body in one organism, for the gratitude that you can see that your body is responding to take care of you, as we start inhabiting the safety in your owns kin and not abandoning yourself. You are choosing you.

There is an expansion to these methods and the experimental stages it will take you through, as you will notice that you could do things a little bit differently and overtime you will stack on the imprint.

Feel more emotions in your body, create a better window and connect slowly to your body, as you invite in a relationship to yourself with curiosity with compassion; where there is no wrongness in the process.

Practices to inhabit for the first tie a sense of safety in your own skin, believing yourself, choosing yourself, as you embody and understand the fight/flight/freeze/fawn and letting finding the emotion. Gentle prompts, questions as you go through practices to ask questions so you can recalibrate yourself to calm your nervous system.

I am trauma-informed and done many years of somatic embodiment and now offer a much more aligned, more gentle way of being with your mind-body and the spirit.

lets celebrate our symptoms were experiencing, with practices for a full body reset, vagal toning, somatic release (gentle) disregulation awareness and lymphatic drainage and other exercises and practices to feel very relaxed, safe and able to receive more of life without the anxiousness or taking on the stress.

About Your Facilitator
Goldie is an Integrative Advanced De-armouring Guide to support understanding + increasing self-knowledge to harness awareness to unlock your bodies potential.

Goldie has extensive experience trained in transpersonal breath and other breathwork styles that after years working in somatic breathing now prefers to work with methods that are a more gentle way to heal on the nervous system. Goldie works with inquiry into where oppression lies within the bodies with supportive practices such as forgiveness, clearing agreements (through the bloodline), womb bodywork plus shadow work in both self and other influential relationships. Trauma-informed trained, working with other methods are crucial to the intrinsic ways of tapping into the constriction + retraction in the body to identify where the part of emotional repressions lay. Sessions are grounded, have clear insights + practical to cultivate for the connection to be a steward of your own body.

De-armouring Bodywork is central to her work to sensitise the nervous system with congruency of mental trauma, emotional detoxing + primal release within the fascia using precise somatic trigger points working on congruency on all levels to agree. This is advanced de-armouring bodywork to reclaim your power with somatic release that is deep but not in a chaotic way as it is nervous-system led. We map out a polarity framework of the unhealthy patterns that is driving you at its roots to understand healthy embodiment. Goldie's intuitive hands on, supports the psyche with her strength in deep listening from trainings to live within the world of spirit to empower + mentor you for embodied senses.

Intention-based work for you to release + integrate into the healthy container on all levels primal, mental, emotional to hold you to evolve into the life you desire. My work is empowering you to embody nervous system authenticity with you connection and faith with your god with meaningful intention to evolve for the life you desire, connects these two paths.
