Nervous System Regulation Workshop

My name is Zoë and I am a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in nervous system regulation. In the aftermath of the events last Saturday in our beautiful community, Bondi, we understand than many people are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and heightened panic. As a result, we’ve come together to organize this workshop where you can expect to learn about nervous system regulation and we will practice some coping skills together. I will demonstrate some practices that will allow you to create feelings of safety within your body during moments of stress, anxiety or panic.

There will be time after the workshop for any questions you might have about these practices or about trauma and I will do my best to provide valid information. If you would like space to feel supported, seen or heard, please feel free to use the time at the end of our call to share anything that might be coming up for you❤️
