Nourish your body and open your heart to receive, with a beautiful organic Heart-Opening herbal tea blend to help connect you in to your intention for the night and assist in your relaxation journey. You will also be served a scrumptious warm soup at the end of your sound journey to help ground you and nourish your body before heading home.

Yoga Mat, Pillow and Blanket (There will be some provided however we don't always have enough to cater for everyone)

Extra pillows/Bolsters for under your knees for extra comfort (this helps to support your lower back)
