You will experience the power of holotropic breathwork, yoga, breakthrough workshops, somatic meditation, learn how regulate your nervous system, 60 minute massage, nature walks and cold lake dips and much more….

All meals are designed to nourish your cells & truly nurture your body throughout the weekend. Food requirements are catered for.

There will also be some down time where you can truly unwind, nature walks, use the hot tub, kayak or stand up paddle board around the lake.
