It's perfectly natural to feel stressed or anxious from time to time. It happens to everyone, including me. But when stress or go-go drive becomes your daily default mode, it can impact your body and mind, particularly your autonomic nervous system. This is the part of your body responsible for regulating your breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, hormones, digestion, sleep, and more.

I know all too well what living in "stress mode" or "fight or flight" feels like, and now living with a more regulated nervous system. Let's just say I prefer the latter.

By taking space dedicated to regulating your nervous system, you will have the tools and resilience to more easily manage the demands of everyday stress, enhance your wellbeing, and live a more balanced, relaxed life.

Winter is the most yin and restorative time of the year and is the perfect time to make the space to rest, be, and reset.

These online classes are all about giving yourself permission to take a deep, restful break each week to stop and re-regulate your nervous system and mind, body, and soul.

Rather than constantly feeling on the go this winter, with a constant unregulated nervous system, why not allow yourself the white space to rewire and rejuvenate?

By taking the time to step away from the day-to-day and reset each week, you will walk away feeling centred, aligned, clear, and more connected to your natural energy flow and the essence of winter.

Taking regular relaxation is no different than prioritising going to the gym, eating well, or connecting with loved ones, so make sure you pop this date into your calendar and commit to a weekly class all about YOU and your needs.

***NOTE: These classes are for all ages and suitable for pregnancy. You do not need to be flexible or have done yoga before to join this class. Think deep rest and relaxation movement; do not let the term "YOGA" turn you away.

Restorative yoga and yoga nidra really assisted me during my chronic fatigue, hormone and mental health journey, and I now do something almost daily to maintain my nervous system, manage my own anxiety, racing mind, raise my energy levels, and take time to connect with myself.

Starting: Tuesday 23rd July, plus 30th. August 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th
Time: 7:45 pm to 9:00 pm (AEST)

Investment:

Early-bird: $155 + cc fees
After 16th July: $180 + cc fees
Single Classes: $35

*** You will need to bring to each class a yoga mat or large blankets, pillows, or yoga props like a bolster/blocks, blankets, and anything that feels restorative to you - candles, essential oils, oracle cards, etc.
