But when stress or go-go drive becomes your daily default mode, it can impact your body and mind, particularly your autonomic nervous system. This is the part of your body responsible for regulating your breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, hormones, digestion, sleep, and more.

I know all too well what living in "stress mode" or "fight or flight" feels like, and now living with a more regulated nervous system. Let's just say I prefer the latter.

These online classes are all about giving yourself permission to take a deep, restful break each week to stop and re-regulate your nervous system and mind, body, and soul.

Rather than constantly feeling on the go this winter, with a constant unregulated nervous system, why not allow yourself the white space to rewire and rejuvenate?

***NOTE: These classes are for all ages and suitable for pregnancy. You do not need to be flexible or have done yoga before to join this class. Think deep rest and relaxation movement; do not let the term "YOGA" turn you away.
