With the rising cost of living impacting so many people, we’re bringing NEST to the heart of local communities and running free sessions teaching people how to cook healthy meals on a budget.

Our NEST team in the Gold Coast will be running a free six-week program starting on Tuesday 2nd May. Led by our friendly Nutritionists, you’ll learn how to cook easy and affordable healthy meals (for under $3.00 a serve) across 6 fun and hands-on group cooking classes.

About NEST

NEST is a 6-week cooking and nutrition program for adults, designed to help participants make lasting changes for better health! Led by our friendly Nutritionists, you’ll learn how to cook easy and affordable healthy meals (for under $3.00 a serve) in a fun, hands-on 2.5-hour group cooking class.

At NEST you'll learn:

🥕 New food knowledge and cooking skills

🥫 How to understand food labels

💰 How to save money on your food budget

🥑 How to plan meals to reduce food waste

🦐 How to store food safely

At the end of the program, you'll receive a certificate, take home resources and your own copy of the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook!

When: Every Tuesday for 6 weeks

2nd May, 9th May, 16th May, 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June
