FAQs
- What time should I arrive to the Ball?
Arrival should be no later than 7:10pm as the event incorporated theatrical elements that are best experienced with all guests having arrived.
- What should I wear to the Ball?
The aim is elegance and celebration.
Regency-inspired formal attire is warmly encouraged to enhance the immersive atmosphere of the evening — think flowing gowns, empire waistlines, gloves, waistcoats, tailcoats and refined accessories.
Formal evening wear is also most welcome if period dress is not your style.
For dancing comfort, we recommend low to mid-heel shoes for ladies, and non-grip soles for all guests, as this will make it easier to move gracefully across the floor.
- Will food be provided at the Ball?
Yes. Cocktail-style finger food will be served throughout the evening, thoughtfully prepared by Standing Fork Catering Company.
The menu is designed to complement the elegance of the event while allowing guests to mingle, dance, and enjoy the immersive experience.
Vegetarian and gluten free options available
- Will alcohol be available?

Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

*If your dietary requirements go beyond the options available above please send a direct message .
- Is there an age restriction for the Ball?
Yes. The Ball is strictly 18+ due to the venue operating a licensed bar. As alcohol is served on the premises, all guests must be 18 years or older to attend.
- Will there be allocated seating?
The Ball is designed as a free-form evening, blending dance elements with theatrical performances. There will be small tables and chairs available throughout the venue; however, seating is not allocated. This encourages movement, mingling, and social interaction — very much in keeping with the style of Regency-era assemblies.
