Walking: The venue is in Wellington’s CBD and within easy walking distance of many central locations: - 10-15 minutes walk from Wellington Waterfront - 10 minutes from Lambton Quay - 15 minutes from Wellington Railway Station Bus: Multiple bus routes stop along Willis Street, Manners Street, and Lambton Quay, all within a 1–3 minute walk of the venue. Useful stops include: - Willis Street at Manners Street - Lambton Quay near Willis Street Use the Metlink journey planner to find the best route from your location. Train: If arriving by train, get off at Wellington Railway Station. From there you can: Walk (about 15 minutes), or catch a bus toward Willis Street / Courtenay Place (approx. 5 minutes). Driving & Parking: There is no dedicated parking at the venue, but several public parking buildings are nearby, including: - Wilson Parking – Victoria Street - Grey Street Carpark Street parking in the area is limited and metered. From Wellington Airport: - Taxi / rideshare: ~20 minutes depending on traffic - Airport Express bus (AX): to central Wellington, then a short walk
Entry instructions
Doors open at 5:30pm. We recommend arriving then to grab a drink and get settled before the talks begin at 6:00pm. After-hours access: Guests arriving before 6pm can enter via either 57 Willis Street or 70 Victoria Street. After 6pm, entry is via 70 Victoria Street only. All guests must exit via 70 Victoria Street. Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival.
