Meet the Panelists:

  • Karen Collins - Trainer and Assessor I Haematology and Morphology with NSW Health: Senior Hospital Scientist Karen Collins is multidisciplinary and trained, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of pathology. Her career has traversed practical, management, and public policy, including being a member of the NSW Haematology Clinical Stream. Karen is currently pursuing a Master of Medical Science (Pathology).
  • Matt Geltch – Finance I Administration and Workshop Executive with I2R: Matt holds senior positions for a leading automation and process control business. His career path has been cultivated over 35 years of practical application and strategic decisions across farming, manufacturing operations, finance, and management.
  • Lindsay Golsby-Smith - General Manager of Customer Service and Water Delivery with Murrumbidgee Irrigation: Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management (Honours) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Throughout her diverse career, she has gained expertise in customer service and team leadership in fast-paced environments.
