Ditch the Pitch: Come experience a Ground Level Meeting with a Guest Pass

Running a small business is bloody hard work. We’re making it a little less lonely.

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room: decision fatigue. When you're running the show, the cognitive load is massive. Between navigating the current economic crunch, managing your team, and making a hundred micro-decisions before your morning coffee, it’s easy to feel isolated.

And let’s be honest, traditional business networking usually just adds to the burnout. The forced icebreakers, the transactional contact sharing, and the pressure to deliver the perfect elevator pitch to a room full of people trying to sell you something? Hard pass.

Time to find some common ground.

We are a business club based in Melbourne's Inner West for souls who put purpose and community first. We operate on a pretty simple belief: If you have a healthy headspace, you can make better decisions in business and in life.

We’d love to invite you to try out a Ground Level meeting as our guest.

What to expect at a Ground Level meeting:

This isn't a "schmooze or lose" event. It's 1.5 hours of genuinely useful, radically inclusive conversation designed to give you a side of sanity.

No pressure to pitch: Leave the sales targets at the door. We’re here for good conversations, we see good relationships make good business.
The Think Tank: We bring real, pressing small business problems to the table and discuss them collectively. The whole community benefits from learning from each other.
Hosted conversations: You’ll be seated at a table of up to 10 people at most, guided by a host. Everyone gets a voice, even our introverts who usually hate networking.

Where we plant our feet

When: Twice a month. We run one daytime and one evening session, so you can pick the rhythm that suits you.

Where: Various local spots across Melbourne's inner west.

Bring: Just yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to help others.

Are we on the same level?

Our members are typically established small business owners (3+ years in) and leaders of Not for Profits. We are a diverse bunch, and deeply community-minded.

If you are craving a safe space to vent, get unstuck, and share knowledge with local people who actually get it, without the corporate jargon you’ll fit right in.
