What is My Local Health Network?

My Local Health Network is a community-driven initiative dedicated to fostering a more connected healthcare system in Ipswich. We aim to improve patient outcomes by facilitating collaboration among medical, allied health, disability, wellness, and fitness professionals.

• Where: Lower Cameron House (12 Roderick Street, Ipswich)
