Are you setting yourself apart in this predominantly virtual world?

The switch to virtual meetings and interviews presents greater challenges for creating positive first impressions and sustained impact. Unlike meetings in person, we don’t have the familiar behavioural and communicative interactions to support us to connect or read and respond to the proverbial room.

The way we interact virtually requires more discipline and conscious thought and getting comfortable with this way of interacting and understanding the additional and different aspects that we must consider and prepare for is essential for success.

In this practical session packed with hints and tips entitled “Mastering the Virtual Interview”, Michaela will;

shift your mindset towards how you’re showing up online.
demonstrate how 1st impressions and appearance are the first filters for determining your virtual impact and influence.
invite you to evaluate your professionalism and credibility within the confines of your monitor.
share some of the key verbal and nonverbal communication and technological shifts required for effective virtual interaction and connection.
build your confidence and competence on camera.

Knock any virtual interview anxiety on the head and stand out for all the right reasons within the confines of your monitor!
