Mindfulness for managing stress & uncertainty
Our regular morning walk in Sydney's Botanic Gardens will be replaced in May by a free, virtual gathering on Zoom co-hosted by Andrea Featherstone, an unconventional mindfulness consultant who specialises in working with high performance individuals and overachievers to reduce stress while increasing focus, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Andrea has empowered diverse audiences across Australia, the UK and New Zealand to tame their busy minds and more confidently lead cultures of wellbeing for themselves and their professional and community networks.

Details Meeting at 8:00am (AEST) via Zoom. Finish time is 10:00am
