As co-founder of BIO, Jon has always been driven by a fascination with people and the power of connection. With over 18 years’ experience in Sales and Partnerships, much of it in the payments industry, he’s worked across industries and continents, helping businesses with everything from importing muscle cars to managing overseas suppliers.

Today, Jon heads up the Partnerships & Alliances team at Your Empire Buyers Agents, where he helps clients save money and navigate the complex world of property buying. Known for his communication skills, sharp eye for detail, and knack for making clients feel genuinely valued, Jon is as comfortable negotiating a property deal as he is pairing a great wine with a perfectly folded pocket square. Whether it’s investors, CEOs, first-time buyers, or family offices, Jon thrives on building trust, forging connections, and guiding people towards their goals.

Osman’s career has taken him across industries and continents, from scrappy start-ups to global multinationals. Along the way, he’s collected hard-won lessons from both successes and failures (the failures being the most valuable of all) and built friendships and insights that shape the way he works today.

Known for his pragmatic, jargon-free approach, Osman helps businesses perform better by cutting through the noise and focusing on what really matters. He believes empathy and kindness are the foundation of trust, and trust is what drives results. Having walked in his clients’ shoes, he understands the challenges and opportunities they face, and uses that experience to guide them toward achieving their ambitions.
