Important Update

We are making some important changes to the way that the group is run.

  • From now on, the group will only go ahead if at least 4 people come

  • We have a new group agreement. By coming to the group, you are agreeing to abide by it:

This is a group with bipolar artists. Most members of the group will have shared experiences, but this also means there is a risk of retraumatising members, so please be mindful of what you share and be mindful that this is not a mental health support group. The aims of the group are to share artwork, experiences of being an artist, lifestyle tips for living and creating art with bipolar, and to build a community of bipolar artists. For anyone looking for a more traditional support group, or in need of urgent help, we have a list of support organisations and helplines here.

Neuk Collective Code of Conduct

  1. Respect the confidentiality of the group.
  2. Treat each other with kindness and respect.
  3. Listen to each other – everyone has something to learn.
  4. Participate fully – everyone has something to teach.
  5. Differences of opinion are natural and useful.
  6. Don’t assume – everyone has different life experiences and different boundaries. What is easy for you might be difficult for someone else.
