Neuro-Somatic Play — Practitioner Gathering
Description
FULL EVENT DESCRIPTION
A gathering for practitioners
Neuro-Somatic Play is a guided group experience designed by Chad Beckett and Kyra Roberton, Hosted by Emily Hodges — weaving breath, voice, movement, sound, rhythm and play into a single arc — both downshift and uplift, both gentle and a little wild.
This Sunday session is held exclusively for health practitioners: GPs, medical specialists, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses, clinic directors, and allied and complementary health practitioners. It is a chance to experience the work in your own body before you consider it for your patients, your clinic, or yourself.
What to expect
A guided group session moving through breathwork, vocal expression, rhythm, somatic movement, psychodrama games, structured card-deck exercises and human design — grounded in the biology of the fascial network and the autonomic nervous system. No performance required, no preparation needed. You will be guided the whole way.
Neuro-Somatic Play is experiential work offered as an adjunct to conventional care. This gathering is about feeling the method firsthand and connecting with other practitioners exploring nervous-system-based approaches.
Facilitated by
Chad Beckett — Designer of Neuro-Somatic Play
Kyra Roberton — Integrative Practitioner, The Health Lodge
Hosted at WARM Health Collective by Emily Hodges, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
