Every two weeks in the energy precluding the New and Full Moons, we’ll gather for a quiet gathering of reflection and meditation, exploring the subtle energies of the season and how they resonate in our lives. Grounded in esoteric psychology and mindfulness, we’ll look at the themes of the zodiacal month, not as abstract ideas, but as tools for understanding our thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

Gatherings will include:

A thoughtful conversation about the zodiacal themes of the month and their psychological insights
A focus meditation technique is taught and group meditation with intention seed thoughts.
Space to reflect and set intentions for the upcoming moon cycle ahead

This group is designed for those who experience the world differently—whether autistic, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, OCD, or otherwise neurodivergent, many addicts also find our groups welcoming and helpful. There’s no need to be “good” at meditation or know much about astrology.

Bring yourself, a notebook if you’d like, and a willingness to sit with whatever the moment offers.
