Neurodivergent Women in Leadership
Event description
Uncover Untapped Strengths and Leverage Diverse Potential
In today’s workforce, more neurodivergent adults are receiving diagnoses than ever before. While discussions often centre on the challenges they face, there’s a bigger, brighter story to tell—especially for neurodivergent women.
Despite being overlooked due to gender-specific diagnostic gaps, these women are powerhouses of creativity and leadership potential.
It’s time to shift the narrative from struggle to success, from vulnerability to strength. Neurodivergent women are already leading the way with innovative ideas and empathetic leadership, and we need to create work environments that let them thrive.
Join us for a networking breakfast and panel discussion exploring how you and your teams can Uncover Untapped Strengths and Leverage Diverse Potential.
We’ll explore how to build inclusive policies, support neurodivergent talent, and drive positive change.
