Neurodivergent Women in Leadership
Event description
We’re thrilled to announce our next Neurodivergent Women in Leadership event this March, back with our favourite event hosts, All Things Equal!
After the incredible energy and insights shared at our last session, we knew we had to continue the conversation.
Some of the most thought-provoking takeaways from our October event included:
🔥 “We need to support neurodivergent people to do what they're really good at and then scaffold them.”
💡 “Many women have spent a lifetime viewing their brain-based differences as personal flaws.”
🚀 “Many neurodivergent people, especially women, are being diagnosed later in life and know they could do better or feel that they haven't reached their potential.”
This time, we’re diving deeper into the critical but often overlooked factors that shape the leadership journeys of neurodivergent women; from executive function and energy management to emotional regulation and self-advocacy. These conversations are long overdue, and it’s time to bring them into the spaces where leadership, well-being, and career success intersect.
