Event description

Are you considering Honours or Masters in Neuroscience in 2026?

The Perron Institute for Neurological and Translational Science brings together neuroscience researchers from across all of the WA universities, providing an innovative and supportive environment for students to learn research skills under the supervision of experts in a range of fields including Neurotrauma, Stroke, Molecular Therapeutics, Motor neurone disease, Neuro-genetics, Bone and Brain Axis, Palliative Care and Brain Plasticity.

The Information session

  • 4pm on Tuesday 12 August will give you the opportunity to hear from leading researchers from the Perron Institute as they present their research in a series of 3-minute presentations,

  • followed by informal drinks and snacks with the researchers and current Honours and PhD students.

This is a great opportunity for you to meet with potential supervisors and find out more about how Honours and Masters works. We hope this information session will introduce you to the Neuroscience research community in Perth, laying the groundwork for your honours project in 2026.

Priority will be given to 3rd year students who will be enrolling in Honours or Masters programs in 2026 at any university in Perth.
