Event description

Attend the live workshop or watch the replay after in our private community group.

Most of us live very busy and stressful lives. With family and work responsibilities, our overactive mind can easily take away our peace, bringing us stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

Over the past decades neuroscience has done extensive research on this as well as the results offered by eastern practices such as yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, validating the positive impact they can bring into our mind and overall wellbeing.

This 60 minute workshop is an introduction to the neuroscience of stress and mindfulness. You will learn how stress impacts your brain and body, as well as how mindfulness practices can bring balance into your life.

With a mix of theory and hands-on activities, you will walk away with neuroscience-backed practices to manage your nervous system, reduce stress & anxiety and bring more presence into your life.

By the end of the session, you will have learned an effective and powerful 10 min breathing and meditation routine that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Delivered by Behavioural Neuroscientist Dr Val Rytova (PhD), and Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Coach Cristian Trujillo, who bring their knowledge and experience to offer you a unique workshop that combines neuroscience and ancient eastern practices.
