This class offers an introduction to the concept of coffee extraction. Through side-by-side tasting and a workshop using manual brew methods, participants will explore the effects of the Six Essential Elements of Brewing. The instructor will demonstrate brewing with different methods and the class will then practice brewing with the method of their choice.

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: $60 per person (+$2.25 Humanitix booking fees). In addition to the class, you'll get to nab an SCC #neverstoplearning pencil, a sticker, and half-pound of seasonal coffee.

Note: Attendees must be over the age of 16. If under 18, a parent/guardian must accompany.
