New Beginnings - Special Performance

Seven circus artists push the limit of their skill and endurance in this hour-long show about leaping into the unknown.

New Beginnings celebrates the end of an exhilarating and challenging journey and the beginning of a new one. Experience edge of your seat circus that reflects on bittersweet goodbyes, new opportunities and limitless possibilities on the horizon.

Created and performed by the Flipside Performance Troupe graduating students of ’23.

DINNER & SHOW

Enjoy a 3 course meal while watching New Beginnings at 7pm, Sun 10 Dec.

Course 1. Cheese Platters

A selection of local and imported cheeses, served with fresh and dried fruits, nuts, quince paste, muscatels, sourdough bread, crackers, lavoche, truffle honey, chutney.

Diners can prepare their own platter from the charcuterie table prior to the show.

Course 2. Canapes

Canape Box 1 contains peking duck pancake with hoisin sauce and scallion, smoked salmon on brioche with tomato and coriander salsa, mini bacon and egg tarts, chicken and walnut Harry's Bar sandwich.

Canape Box 2 (GF) contains kale, red pepper and feta frittata, vegetarian rice paper rolls with nahm jim, a pear, pata negra with pear, snowpea and goat's cheese, hummus with vegetable sticks. This option is gluten-free.

Course 2 will be served during intermission. Select one canape box per ticket at checkout.

Course 3. Dessert

Choose from Layered Chocolate Cake, Mango Topped Baked Cheesecake, Apple Crumble and Strawberry Mousse Sponge.

Diners can choose their cake selection from the dessert table after the show.
