New Beginnings (Stage One)

This is a psycho-educational support group for women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence. The program covers topics such as characteristics of domestic violence, DV cycle, safety planning, characteristics of DV perpetrators, anger and grief as a result of coping with violence. The focus of the group is validating women’s experience and providing them with a safe environment to speak their truth.

Thursdays 10am-12pm (6 weeks)

By registering for this event, it is assumed that you will be committed to participating in the whole program. You will be sent a reminder before each session. 

Child minding is available, but please let us know so we can organise for a carer.
