Día de Muertos – Chocolate Skull Making Workshop
Calaveritas de azúcar, or sugar skulls, are a fun and colourful part of Día de los Muertos, a special celebration in Mexico. These sweet treats are shaped like skulls and covered with bright, sugary decorations. They are placed on altars to remember and celebrate family members who have passed away. While traditional calaveritas de azúcar (sugar skulls) are the most common, many chocolatiers and candy makers create delicious chocolate versions that are just as festive. It’s all about honouring loved ones with a big, festive smile!
